Easter week

I hope this Easter weekend is treating everyone well. This past week has been long and hard. we took Isabelle to the hospital twice. She was really congested and had a cough so bad that she would start gagging then throwing up mucus. It was scary. We went to the hospital the first time around 6 in the morning on Tuesday  and were released at around 12 with them saying it was just a bad respiratory virus. That night at around 2 she woke up gagging again and was burning up. I checked her temperature and it was a 105!!!! I gave her some Motrin then took her back in... where they did absolutely nothing. They gave her some Tylenol and gave me a Powerade to force down her ( basically the same thing I would have done at home). They said babies and small children can handle those high of temperatures and to only worry when they are lethargic, wont wake up, or won't stop screaming. I have decided that hospitals are only good in really life threatening situations sigh. She is still feeling sick, but nowhere near as bad.

I am doing well in the pregnancy side of things. I am about to hit the third trimester in a couple days. My belly feels huge and is always in the way ha ha. I love it though. Being pregnant really is such a miraculous thing. I can't believe I only have a couple months until I meet Gracelyn!!! I am still doing good with the workouts. Having one of my besties, Deana (Who is only 10 days ahead of me in her pregnancy) as a workout partner really helps. The exercising  has made such a difference in this pregnancy. Hopefully I will be able to stay active until the end!!

We will be going to church with my family tomorrow and then having dinner with Ben's brothers family!!! I can't wait. My sister in law is an amazing cook!
What are your plans for Easter Sunday?

Have you ever made fried green tomatoes?! We love them!!

I can't peel hard boiled eggs for the life of me, so when I saw a trick on pinterest I had to try it!! You poke a pin sized hole in one of the ends. I used a small nail and a hammer. Let me tell you ,cracking eggs has never been so fast or easy. The shells came off perfect. Ben could tell you how excited I was. I saved him an egg to crack ha ha.

The rollers I got a few weeks ago are working out great!! They are so easy. I don't use any product and the curls still stay great!!!

I am not sure why I always remember to have Ben take pictures before the gym and not when I am cute. Here you go though. 25 weeks!!! YAY!!

The Hubby's shirts are getting worn more and more around here ...

Clean  babies are my favorite :]

Moving Along

So I have basically sucked at blogging these past few weeks. We just moved from our third story condo. Where we have lived our whole married life, to a ground level town house. Let me tell you, not having to climb three flights of stairs has been life changing ha ha. This was my first time actually moving that I can remember. I officially hate it. Maybe being six months pregnant makes a big difference. I keep telling myself that. I just can't believe how much stuff we have. We are now completely moved in, but I am still unpacking.

I have been having strong braxton hicks this past month which is really early. So I was told to take it a bit easier. It is driving me crazy not to be completely unpacked already, but I have to go slow and make sure I don't stress my body too bad. Gracelyn needs to stay in there and keep cooking for at least 3 more months! I am so excited to meet this little girl. A part of me is so nervous though. Since we don't know what Isabelle has, there is a chance that whatever it is, is genetic. which means there is a chance that our other children could have special needs as well. We knew there was this chance as small as it is, when we started trying for this baby. When I told my neurologist I was pregnant she said she had to offer me the choice of an abortion, not congratulations. It broke my heart a little. That is basically asking me if I wish I would have had the choice to abort Isabelle if I knew she would have the special needs that she does. I am grateful everyday for our daughter. I know that God sent her to us possibly as a trial, but most of all as a blessing. She has the most innocent, sweetest spirit I have ever known. I know if Gracelyn or any of our other children have any difficulties that it will be Gods will. It is hard. Especially being around other babies her age and seeing the huge differences. I just try to pray and remind myself that God knows best, and wants the best for me and my family.

I hope everyone has a great week preparing for Easter and remembering Christs sacrifice and most important the Atonement he gained for all of us.
Ill leave you with a few pictures. Enjoy!
She hates pictures!

Chili's soup is a winner in her book.

I hate even the sight of boxes at the moment ha ha

The bees are still alive and doing well! Honey is coming!

 Happy Sunday!!!
