Day 45

These last 45 days have been great but killer!! I am so proud of myself for not giving up or missing a single day!!! I am working so hard. I am trying to do this the healthy way. That means it will take time to get where I want. Hopefully, I am making this change for life though. I am happy with the results I have gotten so far. I have worked my bum off for them... literally ha ha. I have lost close to 15 pounds and lots of inches especially in my stomach. Posting these unflattering post workout, no makeup pictures of myself is hard. It does keep me accountable though. I also know there are a ton of other Moms out there who are struggling losing weight too. If I can motivate just one person to start changing their health for the better then it will be worth it. A big thanks to my accountability partners Deana, Jen, and Kelsey!! It really does help having a friend go through it with you. Once again, I am doing the bikinibodymommy challenge. You can look it up on facebook or youtube or just ask me!! I also love the HIIT, Tabata, and Yoga workouts on youtube. One of my favorite channels is popsugar fitness!! I am not on any special diets. I am just trying to eat clean and less of it. Now on to the next half of the challenge :)
